In Landscape with the Fall of Icarus the author suggests that life is complicate and human are selfish. He used personification and some difficult word.

In “The story of Deadalus and Icaus” by Rolfe Humphries. The story was about Deadalus and his son Icarus tried to make wings and fly out to jail. Icarus was small he didn’t control the wings well them he flew to high. Hear the sun, the sun melted the war in the wings. Then he falling down, and the people in the island, they were watching. “Some fisher man is watching as the rod dips and trembles over the waters, some ploughman on the handles of the ploughshare, and all look up in absolute amazement.” They all look up to the sky. They were seen Icarus fall down, but no one tried to help him. People were selfish and the life is complicate. Deadalus and Icarus were tried to fly out the jail try to get freedom, but who know the next minute that Icarus fall down. In our life, no one knows that will going to happen in the next minute.

       In the old Society, people all look the money more important to the human life, because people die in the old society. It was a piece of cake, it may happen everyday, so that make people became selfish. They only care about themselves, whatever the other people die. They don’t care anyway, but it was a human life. Why people can say don't care. According those poems and printing. They all want to show. How human are selfish. In our life, many people need help, even through is not everything we can do, just try the best as we can.
